Wouldn’t be something if the golden calf could talk?

Revelation 13:14-15 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.

When moses came down from the mount with the ten commandments, he found that the people had gathered gold from the multitude and built a golden calf to worship, as their god. Moses threw down the tablets of stone and broke the law into pieces. Knowing what they had done was not the will of God.

The people had pooled their riches and made a place to worship, it was what they thought God should be.

Ever let your money talk for you?

Ever tell some one you would not pay them unless they did exactly what you said?

Ever offer more money than someone else, to have your way?

Ever thought your money should allow you to have priviledge?

Ever think your money could get you better health care, than with the stripes of Jesus?

Ever let the money you did not have give you lie ability?

Ever work just for the health care insurance?

Has your place of worship closed the door because of lack of funds ?

What gives the power to what you believe?

If you stop believing in it would it loose all its power?

If your money could talk what would you allow it to say?
