Have you destroyed all the evil? What will you use your faith on?

Romans 12:21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Jesus came to this world and gave us an example that we can follow. He would cast out evil but it was never his intentions to destroy it. He would forgive people of their sins. He never went about eliminating every opportunity to sin. After he overcame the evil with the good, He let it remain.

A lot of Christians spend their life times taking every sin opportunity and removing it from their lives. They try and destroy all the evil. They try and remove all temptation from their lives. They feel that if there is not any temptation, evil, or sickness, they will have it made, and a life on easy street.

But, what would they use their faith on? The Scriptures tell us that without faith it is impossible to please God.

We must use our faith to overcome in this world. We must overcome evil with good, and we must do it in faith in Jesus name. Jesus came and did the things He did to show us how.

Pray in Jesus name and stand on your faith in that name.

Let us try to overcome the evil with good, and stop trying destroy it.

That is the way Jesus did it.
