Yes or No and be honest?
Genesis 3:11 And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?”
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 10:8-10 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
God gave us a choice in the beginning, so we could exercise our free will. Adam and Eve chose not to obey God, because they thought there was something better. The devil said it was, and it sounded good so they said yes to sin. They found out that the choice they made was not all that the devil said it was. They went from riches to rags with a simple yes or no response.
Thank God, He loved us, because He now gives us a second chance. With His Son Jesus Christ, we can now choose once again. It again is now a yes or no question. But this time we are to choose Good in a bad place. The first time it was choosing bad in a Perfect place. The decision we have to make now should be a lot easier. Why is it such a tuff decision for some? Because the devil has sold us all a lie, he did it at first in the garden of Eden, and the devil is doing it again. Is your life everything you want it to be? Are your friends real or are they in it for your money? Do people love you or do they just use you?
Wouldn’t it be great to be surrounded with people that you know want to be around, and not forced to hang out because they do not feel they have another option?
You can have it all, just say Yes to Jesus in you life, and no to the devil. And no! You can not have both.
