Do you know the surest signs of love?
John 3:16 ”For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Do you know the last thing God wanted to do is send His Son to earth? God so loved the world that He did, because He knew it would take Him, to give freedom to the people that He loved. God knew that as much as He did not want to, He needed to, so His people could, over come the world and have salvation. It was the last thing that He wanted to do, but He did it out of His love for the world. And now Jesus sits at His right hand until His enemies are made His foot stool. And you can only come to God through Him. And if you do not accept Him you can not come to God. Jesus made a way for you to come directly to God and ask for forgiveness as you accept Him as your Savior. The only man that is closer to God than you is one that has accepted Jesus, if you have not.
There was a time when you needed to go through the temple of God, and the men that ran it, to be forgiven of your sins, and to give your sacrifice, for the sins that you had done, so you would no longer be cut off from God. It was so before God gave the world His Son, but after God gave the world His Son, the temple was destroyed and rebuilt in 3 days, and that temple becomes your body when you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
Do you have children or know someone that does? Have they ever let you have them, their children, when it was the last thing that they wanted to do? I do not mean the people that want their kids out of their way. I mean the people, that the last thing they wanted to do was let you have their children for a while, out of love for you, and their, love, faith and trust in God, they let you have them for a while.
How did their children treat you? Did they treat you with respect and love and was it that child’s desire to be with you? If this is so, it is a sure sign of how the children’s parent feel about you.
These are sure signs of love.
If we follow God’s example that He gave us through His only begotten Son, even if it is the last thing we want to do, it is the surest sign of love.
He gave us His Son, that is a sure sign.
His Son lined His will up with His Fathers, that is a sure sign.
Have you accepted Christ as your Savior and has God become your heavenly Father?
If so you will act like His child? And treat people in line with His will. It is the surest sign of love!
No one knows the Father like the Son and, no one knows the Son like the Father!
