Did you believe you received when you prayed?

Mark 11:24 ”Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray believe that you received them, and you will have them.

God wants His children to trust in Him so much that, when we pray to Him through His Son Jesus Christ, we believe we receive whatever it is we ask for at the time we pray. It is that important to Him that we know by faith that He answers our prayers when we ask.

A lot of God’s children do not believe they receive until what they prayed for shows up.

And if you have it you no longer have to believe for it.

It is the act of faith,( trusting in God) that He supplied what you prayed for at the time you prayed. It is then you begin to speak God’s answer in your life. When you pray and you believe you received when you prayed, it is then the words you speak from your heart are telling God and the world this is what I believe.

And it is the words that you speak that direct your life. The greatest example of this faith is when you accept Christ as your Savior. You believe it in your heart and you confess it with your mouth, and by faith in what you believe you received when you prayed, it is yours.

You asked because you believe it.

You speak words from your heart that reveal you believe it.

And you will stand in faith a life time believing in God’s Word for your Salvation.

The Scripture say with Jesus stripes you were healed. Pray believing and receive that gift when you pray. And then let the words you speak let God and the world know what you believe.

And your body has no choice but to line up with what you believe you received. It might not feel healed when you are praying, but then again you do not feel saved when you pray for Salvation. It is something you have to believe you receive by faith.

If you feel Saved that is great. If you do not , what you feel does not make God’s word change. God is not about what you feel, God is only about what He says.

One of the devils biggest lies is, if you do not feel good then God is not there. Because the devil will make you feel bad, so that you think God has changed.

Thank God that no matter what we feel, God stays the same, And His Word is what God is.

If Jesus said it, you can believe it, no matter how you feel. Just pray, receive it, believe it, and know that your body must line up.

It is faith that pleases God. Without faith, it is impossible to please Him.

Not really much to add, save that this message is one of the most important on the site. If we don’t believe, we surely won’t receive. The power of prayer is largely in our ability to believe that we will receive that for which we pray.

    Faith

Not that you can see with your eyes, but down in your heart is assurance that your prayers are answered.

    Appearances can be deceiving.
