Are you watching your manners?
2 Peter 3:10-13 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
Hebrews 10:19-25 Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having out hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
As christians our behavior is important. We should always be striving to be on our best behavior as most of our mothers have always told us to be, especially if we were not right by their side. We need to be conscious with our actions towards one another to try to always build- up and encourage each other instead of knocking each other down. Knowing God is always present, how should I be acting right now? We are human and may sometimes slip-up. Know that we can always be forgiven asking for forgiveness in Jesus Name, but make sure to change our ways. Not knowing the exact time or day of the rapture, how are you behaving when the time comes? I hope, with high standards and lots of love for everyone around you. Be careful with your thoughts, attitudes, and actions. Stay in love and you will not fall away.
