Do you know God’s policy? If you don’t ask, He will not tell.

Matthew 21:22 “And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”

James 1:5-8 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and with out reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man unstable in all his ways.

It is as simple as it gets, if you do not ask He will not tell you. If your lacking in God’s wisdom just ask what His will is for you on earth, and be sure your will is not taking the space that God’s answer is suppose fill.
