Can you expect the evil to flee, if you do not resist it?

James 4:7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

God’s word ask us to resist the devil so that he will flee. If evil tries to overtake you, you will need to resist in Jesus name, it is God’s will for you to do this. God will never ask you to do something that you are unable to do. You can do all things if you have the Power of Jesus name. In Jesus name resist the devil and he will flee. Unless you resist in Jesus name you can count on the devil hanging around.

Jesus came so you may overcome the evil in this world. When you run to God for a need that Jesus has already provided, God will ask you to resist in Jesus name and the devil will flee. When you do this and the evil flees, it is then you are trusting in the power of His Son, and you believe in His name and the power in it.

Are you resisting the devil? Did he flee? Be careful of the devil because he lies and he may have you just believing he is still around. He is good at deception, it is his job you know?
