Is the Spirit realm electric? And who is Jack?
Jeremiah 23:23-24 “Am I a God near at hand,” says the Lord, “And Not a God afar off? Can anyone hide himself in secret places, So I shall not see him? says the Lord; Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord.
Matthew 5:14-16 ”You are the light of the world. A city that is set on the hill cannot be hidden. “Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
Ephesians 3:17-19 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the width the length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
Is the Spirit realm electric? Electricity is all around us and it keeps our bodies running. It gives us lights and it powers every electronic thing made. Its presence is with us always. If we have the T.V. on our favorite station we will see what is being electronically sent through the air. If your T.V. is off that same signal is still there, you are just not receiving it. This applies to radio signals, walkie-talkies, telephones, and anything that is electronic. It is always present, it is what you do with it, that will benefit you.
The Scriptures tell us that God cannot not be measured, and the measurement of electricity is all theory. There is no way to be sure you measure it correctly, because you cannot see it. It can be so helpful, but if handled carelessly will kill you, not because it wants to, but because you do not respect its power.
Who is Jack? Children have talked about Jack for years. So lets make this elementary.
Jack be nimble, Jack be quick, Jack jumped over the candle stick.
Little Jack Horner sat in the corner eating a Christmas pie. He stuck in his thumb and pulled out a plum and said,” what a good boy am I.”
Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. Jack fell down and broke his crown, and Jill came tumbling after.
The definition of jack is; a socket used with a plug to connect one electric circuit with another.
This is what would make every person a jack. We all have the ability to plug in our electrical circuit to God’s by; confessing Jesus as our a Savior. If we are like Jack and the candle stick, we use the light of God like a toy and see if we can jump around it with out being burnt. If we are like little Jack Horner, we are being punished in a corner, eating God’s word in a pie, until we can show some fruit of our eating, and we begin to feel good about our new found Spiritual food. If we are like Jack that went up the hill to fetch a pail of God’s word which is represented as water, and he falls and loses his crown, and all that Jill could do was tumble after, because she was counting on Jack for God’s word, because she did not have her own pail for water. Jack and Jill should have been fetching two pails of water not one.
God is with us where ever we are, you can accept His Son at any time and any place, no matter where you are. God’s power should always be treated with the utmost respect. We must be grounded in God’s word. Electricians know all the power in the world is no good without a ground. God is holding man responsible for the spreading of His word, and if man does not do his part, it is the woman and children that suffer first.
You are a Jack, you are the electrical plug or socket that links you to God’s word through Jesus Christ. Do not play with it. Do not find yourself being punished for not having the fruits to show, and do not fall on your way to get God’s word, because others will suffer because of it.
Is the Spirit realm electric? The Scriptures say God is the Father of lights.
April 8, 2004 at 2:35 pm #18697GailParticipantI kept humming:
“This little light of mine
I’m gonna let it shine.
This little light of mine
I’m gonna let it shine
This little light of mine
I’m gonna let it shine
The next verse goes something like:
“Hide it under a bushel basket
I’m gonna let it shine…..
And the chorus is:LET IT SHINE! LET IT SHINE! LET IT SHINE!
Good parable. Thanks

Any hoodle doodle, I wanted to make a comment on God and energy. Science does quite a bit to prove what Beaver said right (even though, as many of us know, most “sciency” folk don’t rely on faith as much as they do fact). One physics principal states that energy cannot be created, nor can it be destroyed. It only changes form. Once, one of those “sciency” people said “If God made everything, who made God?” To this, I replied:
“God is energy. Pure, powerful energy. He’s been here the whole time, He always has been and He always will be. And He has changed form; He became a man so He could come down here and save us from our sins. The energy that flows from you, to you, around you and through you is God’s energy. He used it to create you. Just think about it.”
Shine on, you lights of God. Shine on.April 9, 2004 at 3:31 pm #18699GailParticipantAmen! Boogie on!!
