I have recently been rebuilding a motor for my VW and it can teach you so much about the Body of Christ. As I add to the motor each day I find that there is hundreds of pieces and each one play it’s own part. Some are big and others are small but, one without the other, and you have a lot of parts, but are still short of a motor that will produce any power.

You could not say one part is better than the other because if just one is missing it can keep all the other parts from doing their part, that they are design to do.

Some parts if left out will not keep the motor from running, but will keep it from reaching it’s full potential.

When we call ourselves christians we become a part of the body of Christ. Not one of us is better than the other because we each have our part to play, in the body. It is when a part gets lost or is missing, or becomes broke or damaged that the whole body becomes weak. When someone claims to be a part of the body of Christ but they actually play the part of a different body all together, it is almost like trying to make a Ford part work with a VW motor. They will not make it complete and most likely not allow it to work at all.

When you are a part of the Body of Christ you have a value that is equal to every other part. Never let any one tell you that God does not want you to make the Body of Christ complete. When you become a part of Christ Body be sure you play the part. It is because of you the Body works, and if you are missing, sick, afraid, worn out, or run down, the whole body is affected.

It is God’s will for the Body of Christ to have nothing missing, or broken, or seperated.
