Hebrews 13:20-25God gave us a free will in the beginning. We have the ability to do the exact opposite, of what God would have us do. It becomes so important for us to know God’s will. When we pray for anything we need to know what God’s will is for what we pray. God’s Son Jesus came to this earth so we through Him could speak to God and know His will. When we know God’s will, we can stand so boldly for what we pray for, when we line our will up with God’s.
Almost every prayer that does not get answered, or that we think does not get answered, is a prayer that is to change someone elses will. And God will never change your will to obtain His own will. He gave us free will and if we choose to be bad, or to be good, to live or to die, to love someone or not to love some one, God leaves that up to each individual. No one can pray for God to force His will on another.
If you have ever prayed for God to make someone’s will something other than they want it to be, it may be, what we believe to be an unanswered pray. Not really unanswered, but something that God will not do. Even if your will is not in line with His, He will not change yours.
Things happen to us in life that will redirect what our will’s are. God never will change your will. He gave us a free will in the beginning, and He is going to prove through His Son that His people will choose Him, only because they will to, and their will is not forced by Him in anyway.
If you have prayed for things that would require God to change someones will, that will never happen. We can pray over anothers senses, but their will, will always be what they choose it to be. That is God’s will, you may need to change your will to do what His will is.
When we pray and it seems that it is not God’s will for us to have what we have prayed for, we need to examine to see if we were trying to change someone elses will, because God is not trying to force you to do His will.
That would be the devil.
If you pray and it seems God is not listening, be sure you are not trying to force God’s will because, not even He will do that.
